Meaghan (she/her) really wants you to know that you’re actually doing just fine.

She’s an expert at making a pilates class feel like you’re just hanging out with your pals. She got her start teaching swimming at the local outdoor pool as a teenager then took a ten year break before discovering pilates. These days, her movement practice is a non-negotiable part of how she maintains a sense of well-being.

Outside the studio, you’re most likely to bump into her perusing the shelves of a local book store or wine shop, or attempting to find the courage to river surf.

Meaghan founded Moving Just Fine in February of 2023 in an effort to create a space free from stigmas and stereotypes where every body feels invited and excited about moving in community.

She used the phrase “Doing Just Fine” as a mantra during a hard time in her life and it became her ethos as a teacher and a human. She weaves knowledge, soulfulness, and ease into her practice in a way that gives every participant permission to show up exactly as they are.
